General Information
Byron Bay YHA is accommodation in the town centre of Byron Bay and 200 metres from the beach. Each room in the YHA hostel has fans and opens onto large decks. There are other great backpackers facilities including communal areas and a fantastic self-catering kitchen overlooking large heated swimming pool and BBQ area, surrounded by tropical palms. The YHA hostel also has a separate TV and lounge room, internet access, free tea and coffee, free bicycles and body boards plus surfboard hire. Byron Bay YHA has a AAA tourism hostel rating of 4.
Byron Bay has kilometres of unspoiled beaches, great walking and cycling trails. Surfing, kayaking with dolphins, snorkelling, whale watching, rainforest and tours to Nimbin. We will direct you to the best surfing spots on the coast and may even join you for a surf. BBQ nights, pool competitions and trivia night throughout the week.
