The house has been recently renovated with lovely inclusions in design and decor. A feature of this home is a great teenager or parent retreat downstairs (which is accessed from outside) supplying the guest with 2 double beds & air-conditioning. There is an elevated out door BBQ verandah area, along with a large backyard which is fully fenced making this property pet friendly. A phone connection is available for internet options. Sleeping up to 8 people. Linen is provided. A Security Deposit is required for this property. Please note that Byron Bay has a NO PARTY rule in all properties.
