Mid Range AccommodationA fully self contained air-conditioned 4 bedroom beach house, located at Belongil only metres from the beaches of the bay.The house has 3 internal bedrooms with a separate Studio supplying the house with its fourth bedroom or private retreat; there is a large deck at the rear with plenty of outdoor entertaining space or just room to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of this area of Byron, whilst listening to the sounds of the surf. This property is also pet friendly. The Belongil river is just outside your doorstep where you can go fishing if you get tired of the beach. A 15 minute walk along the beach will find you in the centre of town. Alternatively, just 200 metres up the road you can find a great meal & coffee at the local cafe.Linen is included, just bring your beach towels. A phone connection is available for internet options. A Security bond is required for this property. Please note that Byron Bay has a NO PARTY rule in all properties
