Mid Range AccommodationThis house is in a lovely part of the Byron shire, so close to the beach yet surrounded by nature. Walk over the sand dunes to a seating area where you can enjoy the views of the east coast beaches, from the Lighthouse down to Broken Head. Large glass doors surround most of the house enabling access to the gardens from any room. There is a large deck giving you plenty of outdoor entertaining space. Inside you will find an open plan designed living area, kitchen and a unique large upstairs loft bedroom, fantastic as a parents retreat! A pleasent 7 minute drive will find you in the heart of Byron Bay or take a 5 minute stroll to the Suffolk Park shops. This home is also pet friendly.This property does require a Security Deposit
