General Information
Fully self-contained 4 villas and studio accommodation. Near Clunes village, very easy country drive to Byron Bay, Bangalow, Lismore or the Nightcap National Park with water falls and walking tracks.
Choose between a 1, 2 or 3 bedroom Villa or a Studio - well stocked kitchen, A/C, BBQ with outdoor dining, car port & laundry.
Suzanne's is centrally located in the Byron hinterland, and an easy drive to the beach or mountains, Byron Bay, Bangalow or Lismore. We can suggest secluded beaches, surf breaks, and rain forest walking trails.
The studio sleeps one couple. It contains a queen size bed, ensuite, dining setting, lounge and kitchenette. It has large glass sliding doors onto a verandah on three sides.
To relax into your hideaway, there are two large and very comfortable chairs on the verandah. The kitchenette is well stocked, including fresh local coffee.
Your studio also has a TV / DVD / CD, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, books, games and a covered carport. You have the use of a laundry and a BBQ under cover by the pool.
Villas are 1, 2 or 3 bedroom. Each Villa also has a double sofa bed in the lounge. Villas have a large living and dining area complete with TV / DVD / CD / radio, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, books & games. The bathroom has a large double spa-bath, as well as a shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven and large fridge, and is well stocked, including local fresh coffee.
The Bails, built in the 1920's, is a renovated dairy.
It has been lovingly transformed into a 4 star self contained 1 bedroom villa with detail to some of the original aspects of the buildings. Long narrow louvre windows have replaced narrow doors where the cows entered the dairy. The cool storage room for the milk is now a good size bedroom with high ceiling, and again louvre windows. The milking area is now a large open plan living / dining room with large glass sliding doors. The waiting area for the cows before milking is now a covered verandah with BBQ and out door dining setting. The elevated area where the cows meandered out of the dairy back into the paddocks, now is a stunning landscaped area with an out door hot tub and thatched roofed gazebo, surrounded by tropical gardens.
The cattle paddocks are now a lush manicured macadamia orchard with long rows of trees to amble thru.
A luxuriously spacious holiday retreat with modern amenities including reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV with DVD, radio & CD player, and a well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, gas hot plates, oven, MW & large fridge, as well as a covered carport and laundry. The lounge has a double sofa bed if needed. Comfortable outdoor areas allow you to relax and take in the fabulous rural views and listen to the birds.
Relax into the evening by watching the setting sun from your own private hot tub.
