Location Description
The town of Bundanoon is 135 kms. from St Ives Village shopping centre or a comfortable 1 ½ hour drive. The region is well known for its 35 cold climate wineries (9 have cellar doors open to the public), numerous coffee shops, a book trail and antique/curiosity shops. Perched on the Eastern Escarpment, there are wonderful walks in the Morton National Park (Belmore Falls, Fitzroy Falls, the Wombeyan Caves and the Kangaroo Valley), the Spring Festival sees numerous gardens open to the public for the Tulip Festival, and we are a favourite region for cyclists and car enthusiasts – we are 70 kms to the race track …. at Goulburn for those who want to satisfy the need for speed.
